Course User Agreement

Course Title: Medlinks Abstraction Mastery™
Owner: Medlinks Staffing, LLC
Effective Date: Effective on purchase date

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using Medlinks Abstraction Mastery™ (the “Course”), you (“User,” “You”) agree to abide by this Course User Agreement (“Agreement”) established by Medlinks Staffing, LLC (“Company,” “We,” “Our”).

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Course.

2. License & Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Course content for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Access will automatically expire one year from the purchase date unless renewed by purchasing an additional term.
This license is for individual use only. Sharing login credentials, redistributing, or otherwise transferring access is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, downloads, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Medlinks Staffing, LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Course content without prior written consent.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Course is provided for educational purposes only.
Medlinks Staffing, LLC makes no guarantees regarding certification outcomes, job placement, or professional performance.
The Course is not a substitute for official employer training, credentialing, or compliance requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Medlinks Staffing, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Course.

7. Termination

Medlinks Staffing, LLC reserves the right to revoke access if you violate this Agreement.
No refunds will be issued if termination occurs due to a violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Contra Costa County, California.

9. Modifications

Medlinks Staffing, LLC may update or revise this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Course after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

By purchasing and accessing Medlinks Abstraction Mastery™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Course User Agreement.
